Terms of service

These terms apply when you use aibrista.com, buy anything from it, or use the Aibrista API. "Aibrista", "we" and "us" mean the operator of aibrista.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products made by our team with the help of AI:
- AI prompts: text instructions for AI tools, delivered in your account after purchase.
- AI agents: software delivered as a WordPress plugin, a download with a license key, or a service we host.
- AI chatbots: chatbots we host and run, added to your website with a code snippet, on a subscription.
- Ready-made products: websites, apps, games, designs and similar digital products. Running businesses and domains are sold through a separate written agreement after an inquiry.
- Redesign API credits: prepaid credits for AI website redesigns through our dashboard and API.
2. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
3. Your license
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your business, including in work you do for your own clients. Unless a product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share or publish the product itself (for example, reselling a prompt or redistributing a plugin). Ready-made products sold with full ownership transfer are covered by their own agreement.
4. AI output
Our products use AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing anything AI produces before you rely on it or publish it, and for making sure your use complies with the law and with the terms of any AI service you use with our products.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use our products or API to break the law, infringe other people's rights, send spam, harass anyone, or attack or overload systems, including ours. When you submit a website to the Redesign API, you confirm you're allowed to use its content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Hosted services
We aim to keep hosted chatbots, agents and the API available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Plans may include usage limits, which are shown on the product page.
7. Refunds

8. Liability
Products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
