Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Our payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes refunds on our behalf.

14-day refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if a product doesn't work as described, wasn't delivered, or isn't what you expected. Email hello@aibrista.com with your order email and what went wrong, or contact Paddle using the link in your receipt.

By product type

• Prompts and downloads: refundable within 14 days of purchase. After a refund, your license to use the product ends.
• Subscriptions (hosted chatbots and agents): cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. You can get a refund of your first payment within 14 days of subscribing. Later renewals are refundable within 14 days if you haven't used the service in that period.
• Redesign API credits: credits for redesigns that fail are returned to your balance automatically. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Running businesses and domains: covered by the terms of the sale agreement for that asset.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
