This policy explains what personal data Aibrista collects when you use aibrista.com and our API, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our reseller; we never see your full card number.
- What you submit: website addresses you send to the Redesign API, instructions you write, and, for hosted chatbots, the content you give the bot and the conversations it has.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used for security and to keep the service running.
Why we use it
- To provide what you bought and run your account.
- To process payments and handle refunds, together with Paddle.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To answer your messages and send important account or service emails.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Paddle, which processes payments as Merchant of Record.
- Anthropic, the AI provider that processes the content needed to generate results, such as website content for redesigns or chatbot messages.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and database.
These providers process data on our behalf, or as independent controllers where the law says so, as Paddle does for payments.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against misuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@aibrista.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let account holders know.
